I began my legal career in the judiciary. As a result, I know how to approach court proceedings as an attorney-at-law.

My additional roles include(d) serving as a board member of D66 Amersfoort, chairman of the board of the business association De Hoef 3.0 and Stichting Jonge Balie Nederland.

Administrative law deals with decisions of administrative bodies with legal consequences for your company of government body.
For example, permits, housing, operation, events, terraces, and catering.

Environmental law is about decisions that relate the environment, such as the realization of a building.
Examples are the zoning plan / environment plan and the environmental permit for the activities building, use, planning regulations and the environment.
Subsidies involve government funds, typically aimed at achieving a social objective. An example of this is the wage cost compensation under the NOW scheme.

Enforcement deals with a charge/fine imposed by the government because of a violation. This could, for example, be a penalty, administrative order or administrative fine relating to the environment, supervision or Foreign Nationals Employment Act.
