I have been a lawyer since 2011 and have been with CERTA since 2021.

Previously, I worked as an attorney at the Amsterdam office of an American law firm and at a corporate boutique firm in Amsterdam-Zuid (where I was a partner from 2018 through 2020).

I studied law at Leiden University, where I earned a master’s degree in civil law. As a lawyer, I specialize in corporate law and commercial contracts.

I have a broad general background, extensive legal knowledge, and clients often praise me for my excellent knowledge of the cases I handle.

Corporate and Commercial Advisory Practice
I have extensive experience advising clients from both the Netherlands and abroad on (international) collaborations, important commercial contracts, and I also regularly assist with transactions.

Litigation Practice
I advise and litigate on commercial disputes, takeover disputes, shareholder disputes, and directors' and professional liability. As a lawyer, I successfully represent clients in proceedings before the courts, on appeal, and at the Enterprise Chamber.
