Justice is of paramount importance to me, which is why I chose to study law. During my studies, I worked for several bailiff offices and as a clerk at the court before transitioning to the legal profession.
My approach as a lawyer is characterized by focusing on the key interests and seeking the best solution — honestly and realistically. I stand firm in my convictions and do not easily veer off course.

Debt collection, attachment, and enforcement law: I can assist you with all aspects of debt collection, from A to Z. This includes securing deposits in the preliminary phase, such as by placing an attachment. I handle this regularly. If proceedings need to be conducted, I can help, and I can also assist with the execution of judgments. With the experience I have gained at various bailiff offices, I am well-equipped to handle judgment enforcement. If you disagree with a claim or face an unjustified seizure, I can provide advice and assistance.

Insolvency law: I am regularly appointed as a receiver in bankruptcies by the District Court of Amsterdam. As a lawyer, I also assist in bankruptcy cases, including helping bankrupt entities offer a creditors' agreement to their creditors.
