Background:
I completed my legal studies at the University of Amsterdam. During my studies, I joined Certa Advocaten and held various positions.
Eventually, I found my niche in the real estate team, where I now work with great pleasure as an associate lawyer.
I can assist you with matters that fall under:
Real estate law: We assist clients in all areas of real estate law, including advice on purchase agreements and disputes with the VvE (Owners' Association).
Tenancy law: I am happy to assist with disputes between tenants and landlords of both residential and commercial properties. We provide advice and litigation on matters such as renovation, defects, subletting, nuisance, termination, and dissolution.
