Background:
I earned my bachelor’s degree in law at the University of Amsterdam, followed by Master's degrees in Private Law and Labor Law. Since 2023, I have been working at CERTA Advocaten, where I have specialized in tenancy and real estate law.
I can assist you with matters falling under:
Tenancy Law: I primarily handle cases related to the rental and leasing of real estate, including both commercial and residential properties. I provide advice and litigate on various issues, such as subletting, primary residence, nuisance, co-tenancy, defects, termination, and dissolution.
Debt Collection: I regularly guide and advise clients on debt collection matters. Additionally, I can assist in initiating legal proceedings, securing conservatory attachments, and filing for bankruptcy.
