I have been a lawyer since 1999. I always strive to seek and find the best solution, with the goal of helping clients move forward.

Since 2010, I have been a partner at CERTA. I am a member of the specialist associations INSOLAD and Corporate Litigation.

Besides my love for Amsterdam, I enjoy visiting Curaçao.

General corporate law: Legal issues that arise within companies, including conflicts between shareholders, takeovers, decision-making within the company, (commercial) contracts, etc. This involves not only the drafting of contracts but also any disputes regarding their performance.

Insolvency law: I act as a trustee in bankruptcies and as an administrator in suspensions of payment. In addition, I often advise creditors or other stakeholders in this area, for example, regarding the enforcement of securities. Since 2021, this has also included advice on the WHOA.
