During my law studies, I quickly discovered that the legal profession suited me well. I held various legal positions and soon realised: I want to become a lawyer. In 2022, I joined CERTA Advocaten. I completed my law degree at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2024 and was sworn in as an attorney in 2025.

My practice focuses on liability law, contract law and debt collection and (international) litigation. I combine a solution‑oriented approach with a keen eye for my clients’ interests. I am honest and optimistic, while keeping expectations realistic and communicating clearly. Upholding justice is an important guiding principle in my work.

Liability Law: If you are dealing with a dispute involving contractual or non‑contractual liability, you are in the right place. I assist from the initial assessment through to litigation, when necessary. This includes situations involving damage resulting from a breach of contract or a wrongful act.

Contract Law: You can also rely on me for questions regarding the interpretation of agreements. I review contracts and general terms and conditions and advise in situations where one party fails to comply with its obligations. Examples include non‑performance or disputes concerning rights and responsibilities.

Debt Collection & Litigation: I handle debt collection matters from start to finish: from issuing the initial demand letter to initiating court proceedings or obtaining (prejudgment) attachment. Together, we determine the approach that best suits your case. I also assist when you dispute a claim brought against you.

In addition, I advise on matters with an international dimension - for example when the opposing party is based abroad - and on questions relating to applicable law or jurisdiction.
