Justice is a core value for me, and I feel at home in the courtroom\u2014hardly surprising given my experience within the judiciary. That background, combined with my experience at various court enforcement firms, enables me to easily determine the right course of action in close consultation with the client. Debt collection, attachment, and enforcement law:<\/strong><\/span> I manage the entire process of collecting a claim from A to Z, preferably at the lowest possible cost. I can also assist with the imposition of (pre-judgment) attachments or other forms of security in the preliminary phase. If no solution is reached during the collection process, I provide support by conducting legal proceedings. When a favorable judgment is obtained, I am happy to advise on its enforcement (attachments) and, where necessary, instruct the bailiff accordingly. I assist not only creditors, but also debtors\u2014for example, in cases of wrongful attachment.<\/p>\n

Insolvency law:<\/strong><\/span> In the field of insolvency, I work both as a trustee in bankruptcy and as an attorney. As an attorney, I am pleased to assist with offering a creditors\u2019 composition in bankruptcy or with filing for (voluntary) bankruptcy. Is the business fundamentally still viable? In that case, I am also happy to explore the available options. The same applies to creditors who are confronted with, for example, a WHOA restructuring plan. I assist with assessing such a plan, providing advice, and\u2014where necessary\u2014liaising directly with the debtor\u2019s attorney.<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
