After completing my studies in Dutch Law and Financial Economics in Nijmegen, I began my career in 2016 at Holla Advocaten in 's-Hertogenbosch, where I focused primarily on insolvency and restructuring. In addition to my work as a trustee, I assist parties involved in a bankruptcy, including aggrieved parties, directors of bankrupt companies, and buyers of bankruptcy estates. My clear and direct communication style ensures that clients know exactly what to expect from me. Insolvency law:<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong>I am regularly appointed by the District Court of Amsterdam as a receiver. Additionally, I work as an associate to receivers in large and complex bankruptcies managed by my office colleagues, where I frequently act as the attorney for the trustee in court to represent the interests of the estate. As a lawyer, I also provide advice to directors of companies that are in financial distress or facing insolvency.<\/p>\n
