How do I support you in your case? I assist you every step of the way: both upfront, with permit applications and agreements, and at the back end, if litigation becomes necessary. My legal career began in the judiciary, which gives me precise insight into how to approach a case before the court on your behalf. In addition to practicing law in Amsterdam, I serve as a deputy judge at the Midden-Nederland District Court.<\/p>\n

My extracurricular roles include chairing the Board of the Business Association De Hoef 3.0 and held board positions with Stichting Jonge Balie Nederland and D66 Amersfoort. Environmental law:<\/strong><\/span> Concerns decisions related to the physical living environment. I support you with environmental permits for construction, usage, deviations from the zoning plan (\u201czoning plan activity\u201d and \u201cBOPA\u201d), and environmental regulations. The Environmental Act also covers pre-emptive rights and antecedent agreements.<\/p>\n

Enforcement:<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0Deals with compliance with laws and regulations. When rules are violated, authorities may impose sanctions, such as injunctions, administrative enforcement, or fines. Examples include operating, building, or using property without the required (environmental) permit.
